AGOLDE offers returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns to ensure sustainable processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in the original packaging and include the packing slip before sealing the box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
